We are currently running a Textured Hair and Make Up For Deeper Skin Tones training programme (more info here: https://thetcn.com/apply-now-for-textured-hair-make-up-for-deep-skin-tones-accelerator/)
We will shortly be opening applications for our South West training cohort, based at the Bottle Yard Studios in Bristol and we're looking for a Bristol based Project Coordinator who can work closely with our CEO Minnie Ayres to make sure everything is set up for the course and attend the course from 07 Sept - 15th Sept at Bottle Yard Studios to support our trainers.

This short contract would suit someone with either events or production coordinator experience and who is based locally and preferably has an existing familiarity with Bottle Yard Studios.
Tasks will include:
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure deliveries run smoothly
- Liaising with Bottle Yard Studios to make sure security passes are ready for our students and guests
- Supporting our trainers with any issues during the course
- Hosting visitors from our various stakeholders
- Liaising with our social media videographer and photographer to ensure all required footage and photos are captured
- Liaising with students to ensure they have all relevant information before the course

You will work closely with Minnie Ayres and will be able to WFH for the first week of the contract, before working at Bottle Yard for the course itself, and then wrapping up any loose ends WFH until 18th Sept.
