BSL Services Manager

Location: Hybrid (with occasional travel to London and client sites)

Help Shape the Future of Accessible Communication

Are you passionate about improving access for Deaf people? Do you have experience working with British Sign Language (BSL), Deaf communities or accessibility services?

Our client is a growing, values-driven language service provider delivering BSL interpreting, spoken language interpreting, video interpreting, translation and transcription services to organisations across the UK.

Their clients include the NHS, local authorities, charities, legal organisations, educational establishments and private businesses. What sets them apart is their commitment to delivering ethical, flexible and genuinely people-centred services.

As demand for accessible communication continues to grow, they are looking for a BSL Services Manager to lead, develop and champion their BSL offering.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference—helping organisations become more accessible while ensuring Deaf people receive the high-quality communication support they deserve.

About the Role

This is a varied role combining service delivery, quality, relationship management and business development.

You'll be the organisation's BSL specialist, working closely with clients, BSL professionals, internal teams and members of the Deaf community to ensure services are delivered to an exceptional standard.

Whether your experience comes from managing BSL services, working within a Deaf organisation, accessibility, interpreting services, language services or another related field, we'd love to hear from you.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who understands the importance of accessible communication and wants to help shape and grow an outstanding BSL service.

What You'll Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
