Production of vegetables in the six acre Walled Garden. Soil Association Organic status, large glasshouses, cold frames, poly tunnel and compost systems.
The Role Includes
- Year round production of vegetable crops
- Seed sowing and propagation
- Harvesting and presentation of vegetables to a high standard
- Seasonal pruning of soft and top fruit
- No dig growing, an interest in permaculture and biodynamic methods
The candidate must have a genuine interest in growing and producing vegetables in a sustainable and ecological way.
- Attention to detail, tidy and organised.
- Reliable and committed
- Physical stamina required to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Reward Package
- Salary up to £30K dependent on experience
- Permanent full time with occasional paid overtime
