Broker and White Label Contract Hire Manager

Role Summary
This role is responsible for leading the Personal and Business Contract Hire (PCH/BCH) proposition for the Hyundai and Genesis brands, driving sustainable and profitable growth through the broker channel. Working closely with brokers, funders, and partner suppliers, you will develop and deliver the National Broker Strategy, strengthen key commercial relationships, and oversee the White Label Contract Hire offering to ensure alignment with the wider market strategy. You will also be responsible for maintaining the competitive positioning of Hyundai and Genesis products, ensuring our propositions remain compelling, in demand, and deliver strong sales performance.
We Want You To:
- Support the achievement of Hyundai and Genesis end user fleet sales objectives through the activities of the Broker Channel and White Label offers.
- Manage the quarterly campaign for Hyundai Contract Hire working with HMUK incentive team to effectively deploy approved terms and obtain updated RV based monthly ratebook and headline rentals from WL funders.
- Complete face to face quarterly meetings with all Key Brokers on the Broker Panel, with White Label Partners, and with all key Contract Hire and Leasing contacts.
- Conduct Quarterly Face to face meetings with Fleet Procure and other supporting partners to gain market intelligence and further strengthen opportunities through collaboration.
- Show and Tell Product activity with key broker partners to enable them to enthusiastically understand and be familiar with our products.
- Coordinate detailed and sequenced sales action plans to meet internal sales tasks whilst at the same time retaining clarity of activity for the key Contract Hire & leasing companies and brokers.
- Work with the Broker Panel Partners to ensure Hyundai & Genesis BEV products are at the forefront of their OEM product offerings with particular focus on Salary Sacrifice focused Broker partners.
- Deploy an end user B2B indicative terms process for SME opportunities.
- Work with the Retailer network to ensure there is sufficient capacity & capabilities to support and increase broker channel volume to deliver the HMUK Fleet plan.
- Deliver reports and performance data on key broker activity to inform future action plans.
- Analyze and propose actions, campaigns, and tactical opportunities for consideration. Opportunities must be fully costed and benchmarked.
- Advise/consult on requirements of the industry Broker sector to ensure Hyundai always meet customer expectations. Benchmark against other AFV OEMs in terms of promotions and strategies.
- Routinely provide Broker market insight and awareness within the wider HMUK business to help manage internal expectation and highlight opportunities for incremental sales.

- An extensive knowledge of the Broker Market and Contract Hire industry.
- A self-starter able to work on their own initiative and to develop and share new ideas.
- Strong and challenging individual with a record of over-achieving on results.
- Willing and able to travel nationally on a regular basis to visit all key partners.
- Fully conversant with all vehicle funding methods and legislative implications.
- Strong understanding of AFV products and connected vehicle implications and opportunities.
- Well-connected in the fleet industry, Broker, and the leasing sector, and a strong relationship builder.
- Able to deal confidently and produce/deliver professional presentations to a senior level.
