What You Will Do
- Manage and grow a dedicated panel of key broker partners across the Midlands through consistent field-based engagement and relationship building.
- Onboard new partners and drive high-quality submission volumes by educating brokers on the value of tech-enabled commercial insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting and product teams to refine the broker experience and ensure the platform meets evolving market needs.
The ideal candidate
- At least 5 years of experience managing broker relationships within the UK commercial insurance sector, with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets.
- Possesses an active, high-quality broker network in the Midlands that enables immediate pipeline generation and strategic partnership growth.
- Experience with commercial motor fleet risk or specialty lines, bringing a deep understanding of broker dynamics and complex risk management needs.
