What The Day Will Look Like
As a Reinsurance Broker, each day brings new opportunities to learn, collaborate, and support great outcomes for our clients across EMEA. You’ll be part of a supportive and knowledgeable team, helping to deliver the best solutions in financial lines facultative reinsurance.
Work with colleagues and clients to help manage and grow a broad portfolio of financial lines facultative reinsurance business Support senior brokers with placement design, coverage options, capacity, pricing, and market progress Assist in the development and delivery of clear, compelling market presentations and broking strategies Help prepare and review terms and conditions of placement, and support negotiations where needed Collaborate closely with client teams in the Aon Re network to help ensure client needs and expectations are met Assist in identifying appropriate markets and channels for risk placement to secure strong outcomes for clients Respond to and coordinate queries from clients and reinsurers, working with colleagues across departments and offices Maintain compliance with Aon UK Limited’s Risk Management Framework and policies, including risk management and required training

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
Background in broking and/or facultative reinsurance, with growing confidence in handling your own accounts Technical understanding of products related to financial lines (around 3–5 years experience desired) Industry knowledge and relationships with London and international markets, with an interest in building sales and marketing skills Naturally curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with a desire to try innovative approaches and tackle varied responsibilities Strong communications skills, with proficiency in English (a second European language is highly desirable)
