Broker Leasing Consultant

Broker Leasing Consultant – Volkswagen South Oxford

About the Role

  • Full-time / 40 hours per week | Hybrid working (Monday–Friday)

We’re launching a brand-new Leasing Consultant role within our growing Broker Sales team, offering a fantastic opportunity to join early in its development and help shape its future success.

As the first point of contact for customers enquiring through cinchLeasing, you’ll provide expert guidance, tailor leasing solutions, and drive sales through a consultative, customer-focused approach. Your role will bridge initial enquiries to final vehicle orders while maintaining strict adherence to FCA regulations, Consumer Duty, and company policies.


Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing inbound leasing enquiries and converting them into confirmed vehicle lease orders via a consultative sales process.
  • Building long-term customer relationships by understanding needs and recommending tailored vehicle & funding solutions.
  • Guiding customers seamlessly from quotation to order placement, ensuring a smooth and informed buying journey.
  • Administering your sales pipeline with accuracy, tracking progress, and following up effectively.
  • Delivering sales and conversion targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction rates.
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, Consumer Duty requirements, and.group protocols in every interaction.

Essential Requirements

We’re looking for a proven sales professional who excels in:

  • A track record in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication & relationship-building skills, with a passion for outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify customer needs & propose suitable solutions.
  • A self-motivated, highly organised approach to managing multiple sales opportunities at different stages.
  • A results-focused, positive, and resilient mindset, with a drive to succeed and grow within the team.

Desirable (but not essential) Experiences

  • Direct experience in a broker-focused leasing environment.
  • Knowledge of vehicle leasing products, finance structures, and funding options.
  • Familiarity with FCA regulations, Consumer Duty, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
  • Experience using leasing, automotive CRM, or quotation platforms.
