Job Description
As Broker Manager, you will lead the expansion and management of Lenkie's most critical go-to-market channel. You'll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding new broker partners while nurturing existing relationships to drive volume. Working across credit and tech teams, you will ensure a seamless funding experience for partners and their SME clients.

What You Will Do
- Expand the broker and referring partner network by proactively researching, pitching, and onboarding new industry partners across the UK SME finance landscape.
- Manage and nurture high-value relationships through clear communication, regular in-person meetings, and providing deep product expertise on Lenkie’s lending and software solutions.
- Collaborate with credit, sales, and tech teams to streamline funding applications and provide continuous feedback on sales strategies and product enhancements.
The ideal candidate
- Brings at least 2-3 years of experience in a broker-facing role within a UK lending business, demonstrating a deep understanding of the SME finance market.
- Possesses a proven track record of sales excellence and the ability to articulate complex financial products effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Is highly tech-savvy, comfortable leveraging CRM systems and AI automation tools to improve efficiency and maintain accurate data for account management plans.
