Broker Manager – Fintech / SME Lending
London / Holborn Hybrid
Competitive base salary + incentive scheme
We’re working with a fast-growing fintech lender that provides working-capital funding to UK SMEs. Having recently closed a £49m debt and equity Series A, the business has scaled its loan book 5x in the last year and has now supported hundreds of SMEs with £100m+ in funding.
They are now looking for a proactive and commercially driven Broker Manager to help grow and manage one of their core go-to-market channels.
The role:
- Grow and develop a network of brokers, introducers and referring partners
- Research, pitch and onboard new broker relationships
- Manage and nurture existing broker partnerships
- Act as a key point of contact for broker partners
- Clearly explain lending products and support brokers through the funding process
- Provide feedback on funding applications and market trends
- Travel across the UK for broker meetings, pitches and industry events
- Maintain accurate CRM records and execute account management plans
- Work closely with sales, account management, credit and tech teams
- Feed back insight around sales strategy, messaging and product offering

What they’re looking for:
- 2–3+ years’ experience in a broker-facing role
- Strong knowledge of the UK SME finance market
- Experience managing broker, introducer or referral partner relationships
- Commercial mindset with outbound sales / new business ability
- Ability to win, onboard and grow broker relationships
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, CRM-disciplined and able to manage multiple relationships
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambitious fintech environment
- Tech-savvy and confident using CRM, reporting, AI tools and social media
- Able to work 3 days per week from the Holborn office and travel for broker meetings/events
