Please note: The successful candidate will be required to work on site 2 - 3 days per week in Cardiff.
Role Purpose
Cultivate and sustain relationships with our selected panel of 2nd charge Mortgage brokers, promoting technology integrations for enhanced business levels and application quality. Utilize phone and Teams communication to maximize new business opportunities. Ensure right-first-time submissions, and secure fair outcomes for all parties. Where required, occasional in-person meetings with brokers, either at their offices or Ty Admiral, may be required. Targets and meeting service levels will form a part of your objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the relationships, communications, and training requirements with our selected panel of second charge Mortgage brokers.
- Proactively drive case progression from inquiry to funds dispersal.
- Respond promptly to new business inquiries and referrals applying policy expertise, with a focus on conversion.
- Identifying sales opportunities and potential unique selling points (USPs) for the product range.
- Advocate and support Mortgage Intermediaries, Third Parties & customers with available Integrations and system queries.
- Collaborate and regularly give feedback to internal teams to enhance broker engagement, meeting, and optimizing customer expectations and satisfaction.
- Maintain an up-to-date and proactive CRM system.
- Monitor and report on account performance, tracking and analyzing KPIs and sales revenue.

Essential Skills And Experience
- Demonstrated track record in proactive Customer or business Relationship Management (preferably within Secured Lending).
- Specific Second Charge Specialist Lending experience desirable but not essential.
- Track Record of working within a targets & Customer Satisfaction driven environment.
- Ability to manage and utilize MI to translate into increasing opportunities.
- CEMAP or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
