This role is to be based in our London office.

Hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office.

What you will be doing

As a Broker Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for Pepper Money’s mortgage proposition. You’ll guide brokers through the full end-to-end process, combining your deep product knowledge with a strong grasp of systems, processes, and broker specific needs. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring applications are accurately processed from submission to completion.

  • You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with brokers through regular communication, helping to educate and improve packaging performance.
  • You’ll also liaise closely with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in service levels.
  • Day-to-day, you’ll handle broker queries, conduct security calls with customers, and prepare recommendations for applications that fall outside standard lending criteria.

This role offers a blend of office-based and remote working, with travel to Cardiff, London, and Manchester offices. You’ll be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.

What we are looking for

We’re looking for someone with a solid background in financial services, who understands the broker-lender dynamic and thrives in a target-driven environment. You’ll be confident, communicative, and passionate about delivering great outcomes for brokers and customers alike.

You’ll also bring:

  • Proven experience in financial services, ideally within the secured loans market.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude.
  • CeMAP qualification (desirable).
