The Challenge
We are proud to be UK’s leading provider of private Care at Home at Bluebird Care. We’re looking for warm-hearted, dependable individuals to join our Bromley team and deliver exceptional care. Your role will help vulnerable adults to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Our Care Assistants do not simply assist customers—they help create futures. In this role, you’ll:
- Work within the community
- Provide personalised care and support for vulnerable customers
- Assist with everyday tasks like mobility, personal hygiene, and meal preparation
- Receive thorough training, including shadowing an experienced mentor
- Undertake and complete The Care Certificate
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, respect, and dignity in everything you do
