Part-Time Brow and Beauty Expert – Boots Beauty, Bristol Cabot Circus
About the Role
We at Benefit are thriving—your opportunity to come in and grow alongside us! We’re seeking a 30-hour/part-time Brow and Beauty Expert to help us make meaningful connections with customers and drive sales in Boots Beauty.
As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you’ll play a key role in achieving sales targets while delivering award-winning customer experiences.
Responsibilities

Sales Goals & Targets
- Consistently hit and exceed individual sales targets, set in collaboration with the counter manager
- Build strong customer relationships and expertly demonstrate products to boost sales

Brow Services & Revenue Growth
- Provide expert waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure high satisfaction
- Encourage repeat appointments to increase service revenue

Team Collaboration for Sales Success
- Work closely with team members to meet counter and business sales targets

Sales Promotion & Events
- Actively participate in in-store, external, and charity events to engage customers and promote products

Sales Tracking & Administration
- Complete daily and weekly sales worksheets accurately
- Support counter managers in optimising sales strategies

Hygiene, Housekeeping & Brand Representation
- Maintain a pristine counter and displays to align with brand standards
- Create an inviting shopping environment that encourages sales
Requirements
We’re looking for a driven, passionate candidate with:
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, sales-focused personality with a flair for customer service
- True passion for makeup and retail, with a focus on earning impressive sales results
- Result-oriented mindset—challenged by targets and aiming to exceed them
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences that foster loyalty and repeat business
- Flexibility in availability, including weekends, late nights, bank holidays, and peak periods
- Minimum 2-4 years of customer service experience in retail/hospitality, with a proven track record in boosting sales
