Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert – Boots Beauty, Bristol Cabot Circus
About the Role
Benefit – The brand powering your glow – and now your growth! We’re seeking a passionate, Part-time (30-hour), Brow and Beauty Expert to thrive in our Boots Beauty team at Bristol Cabot Circus.
As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you’ll exceed sales targets, deliver seamless customer experiences, and help shape Beauty’s future in retail. We’re more than products; we’re about building connections, bold brows and the confidence of feeling your best.
Responsibilities
Sales & Growth Focus
- Drive sales targets by consistently meeting (and smashing!) individual retail sales goals, agreed with your counter manager.
- Build customer relationships through expert product demonstrations and personalised service.
- Exceed performance expectations with a competitive and proactive mindset—because we’re not just hitting targets, we’re exceeding them.
Service Delivery & Revenue Growth
- Provide waxing, tinting and tweezing services to secure repeat appointments and maximise service revenue.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction to foster loyalty and return visits.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Beauty team to meet counter and business goals.
- Contribute to a shared success culture, where teamwork drives results.

- Actively participate in in-store events, external promotions and charity initiatives to:
- Promote products effectively.
- Engage customers with unique experiences.
- Leverage sales opportunities to impact performance.
Operational Excellence
- Complete daily and weekly sales tracking worksheets to analyse performance and optimise strategies.
- Maintain counter and display hygiene standards to uphold Benefit’s signature cleaner and brighter standards.
Requirements
The Ideal Brow & Beauty Expert
- Dynamic, energetic, and sales-driven with a natural enthusiasm for retail beauty.
- Passionate about makeup, brows and retail, thriving on achieving sales targets.
- Result-orientated, embracing challenges with a bold attitude and determination to smash expectations.
- Customer-centric mindset, committed to crafting unique, loyalty-driving experiences.
- Flexible availability to cover weekends, evenings, bank holidays and peak holiday periods.
Professional Background
- A minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in retail or hospitality—proven across customer service, managed targets or sales environments.
