Brow & Beauty Expert - Cardiff
Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert at Sephora Cardiff
About the Role
Benefit isn’t just about glowing skin—it’s about growing. We’re looking for a passionate Part-time, 15-hour (flexible over 3 days) Brow and Beauty Expert to create meaningful customer connections while driving sales in Sephora Cardiff.
As a core team member, you’ll play a critical role in exceeding targets, delivering outstanding in-store experiences, and building long-term customer loyalty.
Responsibilities

Sales Targets & Customer Engagement
- Consistently meet and exceed individual retail sales goals set by the counter manager.
- Build strong customer relationships with expert product demonstrations to drive repeat business.

Service Excellence & Revenue Growth
- Provide eyebrow waxing, tinting, and tweezing services while upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
- Foster repeat appointments to increase service revenue.

Team Collaboration & Performance
- Work closely with all team members to fulfil counter and business needs, contributing to overall sales success.
- Share insights and strategies to optimise counter performance.

Promotions & Events
- Activate in-store, external, and charity events to engage customers and promote products.
- Turn events into sales opportunities that generate buzz and loyalty.

Sales Tracking & Admin
- Complete daily/weekly worksheets to track sales performance.
- Assist with counter manager admin to refine strategies and improve sales metrics.

Brand Presentation & Hygiene
- Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting counter and display area.
- Ensure high hygiene standards to reflect the brand’s reputation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is:
- A dynamic, energetic, and sales-driven individual with a genuine passion for beauty and retail.
- Result-oriented—someone who thrives on overcoming challenges and exceeding expectations.
- Customer-focused—committed to creating unique, memorable experiences that build loyalty.
- Highly adaptable—flexibility during weekends, evenings, banks holidays, and peak periods is essential.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of sales/retail or hospitality experience (managerial or team-based roles preferred).
- Eager to grow with the brand—осаiously taking on new opportunities within the team.
