Brow and Beauty Expert – Part-time (15 hours, over 3 days) – Sephora Cardiff
Overview
Benefit Cosmetics is truly a force to be reckoned with—we’re seeking a Part-time, 15-hour (spread across 3 days) Brow and Beauty Expert to truly connect with Sephora Cardiff customers and drive sales through exceptional service.
As a Brow and Beauty Expert, your role is crucial in hitting sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement
- Consistently meet agreed-upon individual retail sales goals by building strong customer relationships and expertly showcasing products.
- Focus on exceptional sales performance to exceed targets and contribute to overall counter profitability.
Brow Services & Revenue Growth
- Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Drive repeat appointments and increase revenue through nervousness in-serviceане attachments.
Collaborative Success
- Work seamlessly with the team to align on counter and business needs, collectively achieving sales targets.
Events & Promotions
- Actively participate in in-store, external, and charity events—using every opportunity to:
- Promote products effectively.
- Engage customers proactively.
- Boost sales through strategic engagement.

Sales Tracking & Administration
- Complete daily and weekly worksheets to track sales performance accurately.
- Assist with counter manager analytics to help refine and optimise future sales strategies.
Hygiene & Brand Standards
- Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and display for maintaining brand integrity.
- Ensure an appealing store environment that enhances the shopping experience and supports sales.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal Brow and Beauty Expert should embody the following traits:
- Dynamic, energetic, and sales-driven—with a real passion for makeup and retail, aligned specifically toward achieving sales targets.
- Result-oriented—someone who thrives under challenge and arrives at bold results exceeding expectations.
- Customer-centred outlook—daily providing uniquely memorable experiences that foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Flexibility to cover weekends, late-nights, Bank Holidays & peak holiday periods.
Experience:
- A strong background of 2-4+ years in customer service or hospitality preferably in retail.
- Ability to go the extra mile to convert conversations into sales transactions.
