Part-Time Brow and Beauty Expert – Sephora Edinburgh
Overview
Benefit is Glowing… We Mean Growing… and we are currently looking for a Part-time (15-hour), Brow and Beauty Expert to thrive in the exciting realm of Sephora Edinburgh.
As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you’ll drive sales, build meaningful customer relationships, and deliver outstanding services while helping the team achieve retail targets.
Responsibilities

Sales Goals & Targets:
- Consistently meet (and exceed) individual retail sales goals set by the counter manager.
- Develop strong customer connections through product demonstrations, personalised consultations, and expert advice.
- Drive performance through commitment to exceeding sales expectations.

Brow Services & Revenue Generation:
- Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services with precision and care to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Encourage loyal customers through repeat appointments, increasing service revenue.

Team Collaboration & Sales Success:
- Work closely with the team to meet counter and business objectives.
- Contribute to the collective success of sales-driven initiatives.

Sales Promotions & Events:
- Engage actively in in-store events, external promotions, and charity initiatives to enhance customer interaction and sales opportunities.
- Keep abreast of product highlights and customer engagement strategies.

Sales Tracking & Administration:
- Complete daily and weekly sales tracking worksheets to monitor individual performance.
- Support the counter manager with administrative tasks to refine sales strategies.

Hygiene & Brand Representation:
- Maintain a clean, well-organised, and hygienic workstation and display area.
- Uphold brand standards to create an appealing, professional environment that encourages customer engagement.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should be:
- High-energy, sales-driven, and passionate about beauty and retail.
- Results-oriented, with an enthusiasm for exceeding targets and taking on challenges.
- Determined to deliver exceptional customer experiences that foster loyalty and repeat business.
Essential Experience:
- A minimum of 2-4 years working in customer service within retail or hospitality is required.
- Blissful passion for setting others up for sales success and providing bold, attentive service.
