Brow and Beauty Expert – Part-Time Role
Overview
Benefit is Glowing… We Mean Growing! We’re currently searching for a Part-Time, 7.5-hour Brow and Beauty Expert to help build meaningful connections in Pearsons, Enfield. As part of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
As a Brow and Beauty Expert, your core responsibilities include:

Sales Goals & Targets
- Consistently meet (and exceed) individual retail sales goals, agreed upon with your Counter Manager.
- Build strong customer relationships while expertly demonstrating products to drive sales.

Brow Services & Revenue Growth
- Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure customer satisfaction, encouraging repeat appointments and increased revenue.

Team Collaboration for Success
- Support all team members to meet counter and business needs, contributing to overall sales success.

Promotions, Events & Sales Opportunities
- Actively participate in in-store, external, and charity events, using them to promote products, engage customers, and enhance sales.

Sales & Administrative Tracking
- Complete daily and weekly worksheets to track sales performance and assist with counter manager administration for optimised strategies.

Hygiene, Housekeeping & Brand Image
- Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and well-organised displays to uphold brand standards and boost sales potential.
Requirements & Qualifications
The ideal Brow and Beauty Expert should possess:
- Dynamic, energetic, and sales-driven personality
- Passion for makeup and retail, with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Result-oriented mindset, thriving under challenge and exceeding expectations
- Desire to create exceptional customer experiences that foster loyalty and repeat business
- Flexible availability, including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays, and busy seasonal periods
- Minimum of 2-4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality (with an emphasis on sales success).
