Overview
We’re Benefit Cosmetics, and we’re on the lookout for a Part-Time, 15-Hour Brow and Beauty Expert at Sephora Manchester Arndale!
This role is all about helping customers glow—or grow—real connections while exceeding sales targets with exceptional service on brows and beauty.
Responsibilities
As a Brow and Beauty Expert, your key missions include:

Sales Goals & Targets:
- Consistently hit your retail sales goals as agreed with your counter manager.
- Build strong customer relationships and expertly demonstrate products to drive sales and outperform targets.

Brow Services & Revenue Generation:
- Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, encouraging repeat appointments and higher revenue.

Teamwork Towards Sales Success:
- Collaborate with the team to meet counter and business needs, strengthening collective sales performance.

Promotions, Events & Sales Opportunities:
- Engage in in-store, external, and charity events to promote products, interact with customers, and boost sales.

Sales Tracking & Administration:
- Complete daily/weekly tasked worksheets to track performance and assist the counter manager in refining sales strategies.

Hygiene, Housekeeping & Brand Image:
- Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and displays to uphold brand standards and create an inviting shopping experience.
Qualifications
The ideal Brow and Beauty Expert will be:
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven
- Passionate about make-up and retail, with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Result-oriented, thriving on challenges and exceeding expectations
- Committed to delivering a unique customer experience to build loyalty and repeat business
- Willing to work flexibly, including weekends, late nights, Bank Holidays, and peak periods (Note: 2–4 years of prior customer service experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.)
