Reasons to use Rodeo

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

It searches the market for you

Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Working closely with the BSIP Programme Coordinator, the postholder will support the day-to-day delivery of the programme, acting as a key point of contact for students, employers and colleagues engaging with BSIP. The role will involve a wide range of administrative and programme support duties, including coordinating communications, maintaining accurate records and systems, supporting events and workshops, monitoring student engagement and assisting with reporting and impact evaluation activities.

You should have experience working in an administrative, programme support or student-facing role, with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Experience of supporting projects, events or employability initiatives would be advantageous. You will be confident communicating with a range of stakeholders and able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

You are expected to have good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Outlook and Teams), and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A flexible, proactive and student-focused approach is essential, alongside a commitment to supporting an inclusive student experience and contributing to the wider aims of PWE and Brunel University London.
