Are you a caring, dedicated individual with a passion for supporting vulnerable people? At Pin Point Health and Social Care, we’re seeking compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our client’s team and help transform lives.
Your Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide tailored, person-centred support in a specialist service environment, empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and household chores.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
- Ensure safety, dignity, and well-being remain top priorities.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including support plans and medication records.
- Work collaboratively with Service Managers and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications And Training
- Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy qualification.
- Valid BSL (British Sign Language) Level 1, 2, or 3 qualification (essential).
