Your Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide tailored, person-centred support in a specialist service environment, empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and household chores.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
  • Ensure safety, dignity, and well-being remain top priorities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including support plans and medication records.
  • Work collaboratively with Service Managers and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications And Training

  • Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy qualification.
  • Valid BSL (British Sign Language) Level 1, 2, or 3 qualification (essential).
