About The Job

Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Budget and Margins Coordinator to join our studio team to support key operational activities while ensuring the studio delivers product efficiently, that processes are optimised and that the studio’s high standards are maintained.

Diligent and with an eye for detail, we will see you utilising your experience of managing and tracking budgets as you work closely with the Studio Operations Manager to develop the annual budget for the studio. You will be responsible for ensuring the budgets are aligned with strategic and departmental goals and requirements, so we’ll look to you to ensure the budgeting process is robust, that key assumptions are fully understood, and that you are comfortable suggesting recommendations for improvement.

Highly organised and a confident communicator, we will look to you to share budget information with department managers as we’ll see you track all spend across the department to verify budgets are adhered to, and to ensure departmental reporting is accurate and robust, and links to monthly cost reports from the accounts team. You will be responsible for processing all orders and invoices promptly and coded correctly to ensure budget accuracy.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.
