As Build Delivery Lead, you will play a central role in keeping used parts, assemblies, and build activity moving at pace across the operation. You will help connect Production, Build, Engineering, and Race Team activity, ensuring the right material flows and delivery priorities are in place to support the team's wider objectives.
- Plan and coordinate all in-life and used parts and assemblies for service through the Build and Production teams
- Ensure all service and repair orders are raised, transacted, and executed through the Production teams via the ERP system
- Consolidate requirements through Build from Production Delivery, Race Team service requirements, and Engineering Instructions
- Plan, execute, and expedite Engineering Instructions, confirming and delivering full kits to the Race Team
- Act as the first point of contact for Race Team part availability enquiries
- Chase parts needed for Build teams and expedite build actions to fulfil Race Team requirements
- Expedite used part Non-Conformance Requests to completion
- Regularly communicate progress and status updates to the wider team
- Report shortages relative to Build activities and Engineering Instructions

Requirements
What do we need from you?
- Proven experience coordinating parts delivery in high-pressure motorsport or fast-paced production settings
- Strong experience using ERP systems in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings and specifications, with experience expediting shortages, non-conformances, and engineering changes to tight deadlines
- Experience communicating and prioritising work across build, production, and race teams
Desirable
- Experience with IFS
- Experience with Bill of Materials control
- Experience in a motorsport environment
