The Coversure network is seeking experienced insurance professionals eager to transition from employment to ownership and establish, lead, and expand their own brokerage – backed by a trusted national network.

The Role
As a Coversure broker, you’ll own your independent business while leveraging the infrastructure, expertise, and scale of the Jensten Group. We handle the operational challenges, so you can focus on securing and retaining clients.

Requirements
Experience & Expertise
- Minimum of 5+ years in UK general insurance, preferably in broking, underwriting, or client-facing roles
- Demonstrated ability to win and retain clients
- Sharp commercial acumen and strong leadership capabilities
Mindset & Commitment
- Ready to take ownership and build something of your own
