Pegasus Homes – Part-Time Building & Community Coordinator (Bristol)
Salary
£15,142 for 20 hrs/week (rota, including some weekends) + enhanced benefits.
Location
'The Vincent' (later-living development). Permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Run daily building checks (fire, water), coordinate maintenance contractors, manage H&S compliance, and act as first response for emergencies.
- Community: Guide resident move-ins, build strong relationships, and organise engaging social events.
- Admin: Manage digital maintenance logs, event diaries, and collaborate with internal teams.

- Experience in property/facilities management, maintenance, or luxury hospitality.
- Empathetic, highly organized "people person" with outstanding customer service.
- Strong IT skills (Google Workspace a plus).
- Requires an Enhanced DBS check (company-funded). Must have UK right to work.
