Building Control Surveyor/ Senior Building Control Surveyor
£41,622.12 - £57,891.72 per annum (HG 8-10)
Beech Hurst, Andover
Full time, 37 hours per week

As a Building Control Surveyor/ Senior Building Control Surveyor, you will be one of a team of technical surveyors providing guidance and advice on all building control matters.
This role is very varied and you will be involved in a wide range of projects including residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. This also includes dealing with dangerous structures and attending other emergency incidents. We have a number of partnership working agreements that you will be involved with, so it is important to develop effective client relationships.
We are fully committed to training and developing our employees, and if appointed you will be expected to provide mentoring support to trainees as well as assisting colleagues, especially at Senior Building Control level.
