BMS Project Engineer
£55,000 – £70,000 Basic + Training + Progression + Pension + Package

Clear are seeking a BMS Project Engineer to join their expanding delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing BMS projects from design through to commissioning, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll play a key part in liaising with clients, managing subcontractors, and providing technical input at every stage of the project lifecycle.

This position is ideal for a BMS professional who thrives on project delivery and wants to progress their career within a forward-thinking, supportive organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver BMS projects from design stage through to commissioning and handover.
- Interpret project specifications and produce detailed technical documentation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout project delivery.
- Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Carry out site visits to oversee installations, risk assessments, and commissioning.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday – Hybrid working.
Background Required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the BMS industry, ideally in project delivery, design, or commissioning.
- Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems (Trend, Siemens, Honeywell, or similar).
- Proven experience delivering projects to agreed timelines and budgets.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualifications (HND/HNC, degree in engineering, or BMS certifications) advantageous.
