BMS Package Manager – Large Scale Project 📍 London 💰 £85,000 – £90,000 + Excellent Package
We are currently recruiting for an experienced BMS Package Manager to join a leading contractor delivering complex projects across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in mission-critical environments within one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.
The Role As a BMS Package Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of the Building Management System (BMS) package, ensuring seamless integration, commissioning, and handover across large-scale data centre developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the BMS package, from design through to commissioning and handover
- Coordinate with MEP teams, subcontractors, and specialist BMS vendors
- Ensure systems are delivered in line with project specifications, programme, and quality standards
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive programme milestones
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and relevant standards
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing technical support and updates

Requirements
- Proven experience as a BMS Package Manager, BMS Project Manager, or similar role
- Strong background working on data centre or mission-critical projects
- In-depth knowledge of BMS / controls systems (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.)
- Experience managing specialist subcontractors and commissioning processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
