What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
- Carry out regular site inspections, identifying maintenance, compliance and health & safety issues.
- Coordinate reactive maintenance, raising work orders and ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard.
- Supervise contractors on site, managing inductions, performance and safe working practices.
- Conduct routine checks of building systems, including fire safety, emergency lighting, lift communications and smoke ventilation.
- Manage site operations, including supplies procurement, stock control, refuse management and communal facilities.
- Maintain security measures, overseeing CCTV, access control, key management and estate regulations.
- Provide excellent resident service, responding to queries, resolving issues and supporting resident communications.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor utilities, support budgeting activities and ensure compliance with company policies and Health & Safety legislation.

What You Need To Succeed
- Experience in building, facilities or property management, with a strong understanding of day-to-day site operations.
- Sound technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance requirements and contractor management.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation, compliance standards and budget management.
- Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills, with a proactive approach to customer service and problem-solving.
