Since 2003, our people-first and technology-led approach has helped organisations across the UK transform their estates into high-performance, sustainable environments. Through our integrated service model—spanning Technologies, Consulting, Critical Engineering & Jordon, and Intelligent Asset Care—we deliver compliance, quality, and operational excellence while reducing cost and carbon impact.

Our award-winning Concerto IWMS platform, together with mobile solutions from Mobiess and energy analytics from InMetriks, enables smart, data-led estate management at scale.

Bellrock Compliance are looking to introduce this new service in their offering to Clients.

This exciting role will involve working on a number of projects across public and private sectors on a mixture of new build, refurbishment, tall building remediation, and maintenance schemes, NHS, Universities and data centres. The role involves working on multiple projects across London, Home Counties, and the Southeast, visiting sites and reporting, as well as representing Bellrock Compliance to clients and contractors. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can demonstrate strong leadership qualities with a ‘can do’ attitude.

The role will include working closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver projects in a safe and compliant manner. We have set high standards for compliance with Building Safety Act and secondary legislation and are looking for individuals who can undertake the BSA PD role with a professional, constructive, and collaborative approach. Client relationships are key to our continued success and as such we strongly promote active client engagement.

How will you be the change?

We believe every role is essential to providing that peace of mind for our customers - whatever part of the business you’re in. Because every role plays a part in driving us further. And everyone can be the change. That’s how deliver value for our customers, and building systems that lead the way.

And as a Building Regulations Principal Designer with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…

  • Providing expert advice on the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations.
  • Having relevant knowledge and understanding of Building Safety Act 2022 and other relevant legislation, and being able to apply and implement those requirements at project level.
  • Planning, managing and monitoring design work by conducting plan checks and reviewing designs for compliance with Building Regulations.
  • Cooperating, coordinating and communicating with all duty holders to ensure the design work, if built, complies with building regulations.
  • Preparing written reports (e.g., End of Design Stage Reports) and maintaining Building Regulations Trackers.
  • Liaising with the principal contractor and sharing any information relevant to the planning, management and monitoring of the building work, and the coordination of the building and design work so that it complies with all relevant requirements.
  • Reviewing and regarding all comments from the principal contractor.
  • Assisting the client in providing information to other designers and contractors, if requested.
  • Providing a document explaining the arrangement put in place to fulfil their duties no more than 28 days after the end of their appointment.
  • Managing agreed fees, confirming invoicing, closing out appointments, and supporting debtor control.
  • Exploring potential cross-sell opportunities across the wider Bellrock teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
