Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + Package Location: Oxford / Oxfordshire Region

A well-established, family-owned regional main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Building Services Manager to support the continued growth of its Oxfordshire region. The business has a long-standing reputation across the South of England for delivering high-quality construction projects across a broad range of sectors. Their workload includes education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, heritage, public sector, refurbishment and new build schemes, with projects ranging from smaller specialist works through to more complex multi-million-pound developments.

This is a senior regional role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of MEP strategy, preconstruction input and building services delivery across a varied pipeline of projects. It would suit someone who enjoys being involved early in the process, shaping technical solutions, supporting tenders, and working closely with design, commercial and operational teams.

The Role

As Building Services Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring all mechanical and electrical elements are properly reviewed, coordinated and integrated from early feasibility and tender stage through to design development, procurement and project delivery. You will work closely with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors and supply chain partners to make sure building services packages are technically robust, cost-effective, buildable and aligned with programme requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
