Job Title: Building Services Engineer
Location: Milton Keynes (PPMs across Midsummer Place sites)

The Role: Building Services Engineer
Core Purpose: Maintain building systems through planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) at commercial sites in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
- Execute diligent PPM schedules across assigned commercial sites.
- Oversee mechanical systems—HVAC, heating, ventilation, and associated plant.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety protocols and site regulations.
- Develop and sustain professional client relationships.
- Ensure efficiently managed workloads, adherence to workflows, and diligent record-keeping.

Benefits Package
Base Salary: £40,000** (flexible pagination based on experience).
- Overtime + Call-outs available.
- Hours: 35 hours/week + OT (full-time equivalent).

Requirements
Essential:
- Demonstrated experience as a Building Services/ Maintenance Engineer.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, heating, and building service infrastructure.
- Expertise in planned preventive maintenance on commercial premises.
- Self-motivation, effective time management, and workload optimisation skills.
- Strong customer facing communication coupled with a relentless attention to presentation and service consistency.
- Health & safety understanding and compliance awareness.

Preferred:
- Formal qualifications in buildings services/plant maintenance (e.g., City & Guilds).
- Full UK driving licence.
