About the Role
We are currently looking for a Building Services Manager for our client, a well-known and reputable M&E Contractor operating in the UK.
Our client has specified a Mechanical bias or background, as the projects they will manage will be heavily centred around Mechanical Services.
The projects to be delivered fall within the Commercial Fit-Out / Life Sciences / Labs sectors. Therefore, the Building Services Manager needs:
- Experience delivering projects in these specific sectors.
- A proven track record in managing high value, major projects of significant scale and complexity.

The salary will be contingent upon experience and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing high value major projects in Commercial Fit-Out / Life Sciences / Labs sectors.
- Managing and ensuring successful outcomes for high-value, Mechanical-focused projects.
- Delivering projects efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Requirements
- A Mechanical Services background or expertise is crucial.
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale commercial fit-outs or life sciences lab projects.
- Strong track record of successfully completing high-value major projects.
