Your New Role
You will act as a central figure in successful delivery of a large, complex M&E-driven infrastructure project. This high-profile government development demands your technical leadership, coordinating from design and coordination to installation and handover within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading mechanical and electrical building services coordination, ensuring seamless integration across all M&E packages for high-specification delivery.
- Collaborating closely with design consultants to refine mechanical and electrical designs, ensuring they are accurate, feasible, and aligned with compliance standards.
- Managing specialist M&E subcontractors, driving progress, quality, and technical performance.
- Overseeing commissioning strategies and handover processes, ensuring end-to-end alignment.
- Serving as the key stakeholder interface for public sector clients, maintaining proactive communication.
- Collaborating with project and commercial teams to ensure programme timelines and cost targets are met.
