Your New Role

You will act as a central figure in successful delivery of a large, complex M&E-driven infrastructure project. This high-profile government development demands your technical leadership, coordinating from design and coordination to installation and handover within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading mechanical and electrical building services coordination, ensuring seamless integration across all M&E packages for high-specification delivery.
  • Collaborating closely with design consultants to refine mechanical and electrical designs, ensuring they are accurate, feasible, and aligned with compliance standards.
  • Managing specialist M&E subcontractors, driving progress, quality, and technical performance.
  • Overseeing commissioning strategies and handover processes, ensuring end-to-end alignment.
  • Serving as the key stakeholder interface for public sector clients, maintaining proactive communication.
  • Collaborating with project and commercial teams to ensure programme timelines and cost targets are met.

    • Engaging with consultants and demanding public-sector clients while delivering a seamless experience.

    • A proactive approach in coordinating services to address challenges without losing sight of commercial and intermediate deadlines.
