Building Services Technician
Building Services Technician – Permanent Full-Time Role
Rugby FWC | Dependent on Experience (Up to £36,500 per annum) | 40 Hours Per Week

Position Overview
Join us at our Rugby FWC location as a Building Services Technician. Ideal for professionals with:
- A 17th Edition electrical qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Experience in emergency lighting testing, PAT, water hygiene, and other compliance areas in a large industrial setting

Key Responsibilities
As our Fitness & Wellbeing Specialist Technician, you’ll:
- Take full responsibility for site-wide maintenance, from building structure to grounds
- Manage swimming pool, mechanical plant, air conditioning, heating, and HVAC systems
- Resolve all queries and issues securely via our electronic CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) system
- Set an example for continuous improvement, leading by action and inspiring operational excellence
- Develop and execute our preventative maintenance programme with hands-on technical expertise
- Upskill and empower your team, fostering a strong, high-performing workforce
