If you're an APC Building Surveyor with around 18 months+ consultancy experience and are looking for the right environment to achieve Chartered status, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss.

You'll join a highly experienced Building Surveying team delivering a balanced workload across both professional and project services. From Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations and Building Surveys through to Contract Administration, Refurbishment and Project Management, you'll gain exposure to a diverse range of instructions while working with an impressive portfolio of commercial clients.

About You
You'll have at least 18 months' experience within a Building Surveying consultancy and ideally have developed your career within the commercial property sector.
