Regional Building Surveyor – Out of Town Retail / Roadside Estate 🚨

2 roles – North / Scotland & Midlands / South

PSD are recruiting 2 Regional Building Surveyors for a leading client-side retail and roadside operator with a substantial UK-wide estate.

This is a high-volume, operational roadside retail portfolio – fast-paced, constantly evolving, and absolutely central to the business’s commercial performance.

Significant ongoing investment is being deployed across the estate, including new site openings, refurbishments, reconfigurations, and logistics/warehouse upgrades, creating a busy and highly active pipeline of work.

The Opportunity

We are seeking Regional Building Surveyors to join the Property & Construction team, reporting into the Head of Construction.

This is a field-based regional role, responsible for delivering a broad mix of capital projects, revenue works, maintenance programmes and dilapidations across a defined portfolio of roadside retail and service assets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
