The Opportunity
For more than 20 years, Hamilton Bradshaw has invested in and partnered with over 50 entrepreneurs building people-led businesses. With over 20 successful exits so far, we have the experience and understanding of the challenges that founders face as their businesses grow and evolve.
We're looking to partner with ambitious recruitment business owners who have built strong foundations and are ready to accelerate their growth. Our approach is collaborative. We back founders, support leadership teams and work alongside businesses to help them achieve their long-term ambitions.

We're interested in speaking with founders or owners of established UK recruitment businesses who have:
- A proven and profitable trading history with strong commercial foundations
- An established client base and demonstrable revenue
- A clear ambition for the next stage of growth
- A desire to build a larger, stronger and more valuable business
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to work in partnership
Who is Hamilton Bradshaw?
Hamilton Bradshaw is the private family office of James Caan, one of the UK’s most successful entrepreneurs in the recruitment sector. Post-exit, he built Hamilton Bradshaw to partner with other like-minded entrepreneurs, building team and network to provide long-term collaboration alongside financial support.
