Bulgarian-Speaking Administrator
Full-Time | Onsite | 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential to become permanent)
Salary: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Our client is a growing organisation specialising in student recruitment and is seeking a Bulgarian-Speaking Administrator to join their team on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative career, with the possibility of securing a permanent position for the right candidate.
The Role
Working closely with the wider team, you will provide day-to-day administrative support and help ensure the smooth running of operations. This is a full-time, onsite position suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Managing and updating records and databases
- Handling incoming emails and correspondence
- Preparing documents and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with student-related administration
- Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Ensuring all information is processed accurately and efficiently
About You
- Fluent in both Bulgarian and English (written and spoken) – essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications
- Positive, flexible, and professional approach to work
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential
