As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Bulk HGV Driver to join our team. In this position you will provide timely and accurate delivery of products to Air Products customers and own sites in a safe and compliant manner, within agreed processes and procedures. You will embrace Air Products core safety values, being the safest gas company in the world. The role provides, a front-line business-critical activity, being part of the Air Products team supporting our continuing customer relationship, which improves retention on a long-term basis.
Responsibilities
- Adherence to all safety rules, processes, and procedures, as safety is a condition of employment.
- Pre & Post vehicle check in-line with DVSA guidelines, and Air Products standards, which may change from time-to-time.
- Loading, unloading and all other activities associated with product management in-line with Distribution working instructions and procedures available via ‘RTL Knowledgebase app’.
- Successful completion of all LearnEx and regulatory training as required.
- Maintain tachograph infringement level in-line with DVSA/Traffic commissioner expectations, and Air Products standards, whereby regular feedback, monitoring and coaching will be provided to ensure full compliance.

Requirements
- LGV 1 license (HGV Class 1/C+E unrestricted
- Proven tanker driving experience.
- Valid (in date) ADR Training Certificate 2,3,8 minimum
- Valid (in date) Driver's CPC Qualification Card (DQC) and evidence of current Periodic Training Status
- Proven track record of working within a safety-first environment.
- Able to work under own initiative with excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of ability to drive in a professional manner, and to achieve best in class performance relating to safety and efficiency monitored and supported by digital vehicle data.
