Bullhorn Platform Product Owner (Recruitment Platform CoE Lead)
Annual Salary: £70k - £95k
Location: London, UK (Hybrid Working, 1 day a month in the Raynes Park Office)
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a Platform Product Owner to take ownership of the Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, managing it as both a product and a service. This role involves accountability for the product roadmap, value realisation, releases, and overall platform health, as well as managing the relationship with Bullhorn and other partners and requires you to have previous experience of the Bullhorn system.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and release plan, prioritising optimisation and client rollout.
- Handle licence management and cost optimisation, tracking and leveraging Bullhorn's product direction.
- Manage the service aspects including SLAs and vendor/partner performance (Bullhorn, Parka, 3B) along with running-cost P&L.
- Act as a senior Bullhorn Subject Matter Expert (SME) in pre-sales and tenders, on a capacity-controlled basis.
- Support the TalentLink decommission and client-migration plan.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of Bullhorn/Salesforce platform products and recruitment/RPO domain.
- Proven experience in product management and Agile delivery, ideally with a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with board and client-level stakeholders.
- Bullhorn product certification from Bullhorn Academy; Salesforce Administrator certification is advantageous.
