Bus Driver
Location: Heathrow Airport Salary: £29,212.00 yearly Hours: Full-time permanent, rotational shift pattern (Monday–Sunday, 4:30am–12pm, annualised hours)

About the Role

In this fast-paced role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Driving our customers safely, efficiently, and in a friendly manner from Heathrow Airport to their destination.
- Ensuring on-time arrivals and delivering a seamless, professional experience.
- Maintaining bus safety standards – both in driving and operational best practices.
- Going the extra mile to provide an outstanding service, day in and day out.
- Communicating effectively with passengers and colleagues.
- Operating under a rotational shift pattern, including early and late hours (4:30am–12pm).
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with passengers and ensuring a pleasant, stress-free transfer experience.
- Transport customers safely and efficiently from Heathrow Airport to Avis locations, adhering to schedules.
- Maintain high bus safety standards, including driving expertise, pre-departure checks, and passenger well-being.
- Support a fast-paced team environment with a commitment to excellence and teamwork.
- Work within a rotational shift pattern (Monday–Sunday, 4:30am–12pm), ensuring availability for early and late shifts.

Requirements
- Proven passion for customer service – happiness in engaging with people.
- Strong driving skills, including confidence in airport surroundings, traffic, and tight schedules.
- A full UK driver’s licence with at least 12 months’ experience.
- PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) licence and CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
- Familiarity with bus operations and ahaul high attention to detail.
- Availability for rotational shifts, including early (4:30am) and occasional late shifts (up to midnight).
