Business Acceptance Analyst Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Business Acceptance Analyst to join the London office of a prestigious international law firm. This role sits within the firm’s highly regarded Risk & Compliance team and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and internationally focused environment.

Role Responsibilities

In this Business Acceptance Analyst role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Conduct conflict checks for new clients, matters, and lateral hires across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Analysing conflict search results and identifying potential legal and commercial conflicts issues.
  • Conducting client due diligence and AML checks for new and existing clients.
  • Liaising closely with partners, legal teams, and senior members of the Risk & Compliance function regarding conflicts and AML queries and escalations.
