An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Acceptance Manager to join the Risk & Compliance team of a highly regarded UK law firm in London.
This is a key leadership position within the firm's Business Acceptance function, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end new business intake process while ensuring the firm meets its regulatory and risk management obligations. Working closely with partners and stakeholders across the business, you will lead a team responsible for client and matter onboarding, conflicts analysis, AML compliance and wider business acceptance matters.

The successful candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of both AML and conflicts, coupled with proven people management experience and the ability to build strong relationships across the firm.
