Business Acquisition Sourcer
Remote | Flexible Hours | Commission Based
Have you ever looked at a business and wondered who owns it? Or enjoy researching companies and finding opportunities that others miss?
If so, we would love to hear from you. At RBA Ventures, we're looking for someone to help us identify businesses that may be suitable for acquisition. Don't worry if you've never worked in acquisitions before. We'll provide you with the criteria and show you what we're looking for.
What you'll be doing
- Researching businesses across the UK
- Identifying companies that match our acquisition criteria
- Carrying out basic due diligence
- Introducing potential opportunities to our team

Who would suit this role
You don't need previous M&A experience.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Curious and enjoys researching businesses
- Organised with good attention to detail
- A good communicator
- Self motivated and reliable
- Interested in business and entrepreneurship
This role could suit someone looking for a side income, a graduate wanting commercial experience, someone from recruitment, property sourcing, sales, or simply someone who enjoys finding opportunities.
