We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for a Business Admin Apprentice working within a busy and supportive branch environment.
About The Role
As an Office Apprentice, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience across a range of administrative and business support activities, developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed for a successful career in business administration.
You will support the day-to-day operations of the branch and gain experience in areas such as:
- General administration and office support
- Customer and supplier communications
- Orders and Credit control
- Managing emails and telephone enquiries
- Supporting sales, operations and warehouse teams
- Using business systems and Microsoft Office applications

This varied role will provide a broad understanding of how different departments work together to support the business and deliver excellent service to our customers.
You'll learn how to:
- Communicate professionally with colleagues, customers and suppliers
- Organise and prioritise workloads effectively
- Use business systems and administrative processes
- Produce accurate business documents and correspondence
- Maintain confidential information and records
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
- Support business improvement and operational efficiency
Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be opportunities to progress into a permanent administrative, customer service, sales support or business support role.
About The Apprenticeship
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Duration: typically, 18 months
- Study and coursework completed during working hours
- Regular support from a training provider and your manager
What We're Looking For
- A genuine interest in business administration and developing a long-term career
- Enthusiastic, motivated and willing to learn
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional and positive approach
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
