We are seeking a motivated and organised Business Administration Apprentice to support the day-to-day operations of our growing property investment business. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administration within the property sector while working towards a recognised level 3 qualification.
Requirements
- Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation (e.g., MS Office or equivalent).
- Able to choose the most appropriate IT solution to suit the business problem.
- Able to update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis where required.
- Produces accurate records and documents including: emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals.
- Makes recommendations for improvements and present solutions to management.
- Drafts correspondence, writes reports and able to review others' work.
- Maintains records and files, handles confidential information in compliance with the organisation's procedures.
- Exercises proactivity and good judgement.
- Makes effective decisions based on sound reasoning.
- Able to deal with challenges in a mature way.
- Seeks advice of more experienced team members when appropriate.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships within their own team and across the organisation.
- Demonstrates ability to influence and challenge appropriately.
- Demonstrates good communication skills, whether face-to-face, on the telephone, in writing or on digital platforms.

Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and client information
- Assist with property documentation, reports, and investment packs
- Support marketing activities (e.g., updating property listings, CRM systems)
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and diaries
- Prepare correspondence, letters, and internal documents
- Assist with financial admin tasks such as invoices and tracking payments
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and confidentiality standards

As you gain experience, you could progress into more senior positions, including: Senior Administrator, Office Manager, Operations Manager, HR Officer, Project Coordinator, Business Support Manager. You may also choose to continue your learning through a higher-level apprenticeship, such as a Level 4 Associate Project Manager, Level 4 Business Analyst, or Level 4 Operations Manager apprenticeship. The skills gained during a Business Administrator apprenticeship, including communication, organisation, IT, teamwork, problem-solving, and professional conduct, are highly transferable and can open doors to careers across many different industries.
