Recruitment Coordinator (Remote) – Brainkind
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and organised Recruitment Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to our remote recruitment team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring our talent acquisition processes run seamlessly. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and have a passion for people development.
Responsibilities
In collaboration with the recruitment team, the Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for:

Hiring Support
- Managing candidate pipelines using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews (virtual and in-person)
- Maintaining high-quality job descriptions while ensuring adherence to company branding and guidelines

Data and Reporting
- Monitoring and reporting recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness)
- Supporting sourcing initiatives through cross-team coordination and data entry

Client Relationships
- Ensuring clear communication between clients, candidates, and our recruitment team
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion

Process Improvement
- Assisting in refining recruitment workflows and optimizing candidate experience
- Participating in embedded recruitment projects across different teams
Requirements

Education & Certifications
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Basic knowledge of recruitment terminology and HR best practices is essential

Experience & Technical Skills
- Experience in an ATS/Diversity or a recruitment-focused role would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and other standard software
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) to handle candidate relations
- Strong Born virtual experience in recruiting or hybrid opportunities is a plus
