Supporting and engaging with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers.
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working, learning on the job by getting hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
- Support and engage with different parts of the organisation.
- Interact with internal or external customers.
- Contribute to the efficiency of an organisation with a focus on adding value.
- Support functional areas, work across teams, and resolve issues as requested.
Requirements
- Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) to write letters, create proposals, perform financial processes, and record/analyze data.
- Ability to choose appropriate IT solutions for business problems.
- Ability to update and review databases, record information, and produce data analysis.
- Ability to produce accurate records and documents (emails, letters, files, payments, reports, proposals).
- Ability to make recommendations for improvements and present solutions to management.
- Ability to draft correspondence and write reports.
- Ability to review others' work.
- Ability to maintain records and files, handling confidential information in compliance with procedures.
- Ability to coach others in required processes.
- Exercises proactivity and good judgment.
- Ability to make effective decisions based on sound reasoning.
- Ability to deal with challenges in a mature way.
- Seeks advice from more experienced team members when appropriate.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships within their own team and across the organisation.
- Demonstrates ability to influence and challenge appropriately.

- Plans required resources for project delivery.
- Undertakes and leads projects as required.
- GCSE in English (grade 4) and Maths (grade 4) are desirable.
- Share relevant qualifications and industry experience; the apprenticeship can be adjusted.
