About Us
We are a fast-paced and growing family-run establishment, situated on the outskirts of Thetford. We are distributors to trade customers, nationally, of designer radiators, towel rails, and all accessories needed.
Role Overview
The team is looking to recruit a Business Administration Apprentice to join their team.
Main Roles and Responsibilities

General Office Administration:
- Managing emails, phone calls, enquiries
- Meeting scheduling
- Filing
- Maintaining office supplies

Document Management:
- Preparing and updating company documents such as correspondence, spreadsheets, forms, and internal reports

Data Entry:
- Accurately entering sales orders, delivery notes, supplier invoices, and customer records into the company’s ERP or order processing system

Processing Customer Orders:
- Entering orders into the system
- Checking stock availability
- Confirming dispatch dates
- Issuing order confirmations

Handling Customer Enquiries:
- Answering questions about radiator specifications, prices, stock levels, delivery times, and after-sales issues

Producing Sales Documentation:
- Creating quotes, pro-forma invoices, sales invoices, and credit notes in line with UK invoicing and VAT requirements

Customer Account Support:
- Maintaining customer details
- Checking payment status
- Liaising with accounts when needed
Team Environment
- Small office of 5 staff with a supervisor
- Fast-paced but friendly team and atmosphere
